Return & ExchangeOur Customer Service representatives determineeligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us andexplained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approvalfrom Customer Service will halt or delay your return. All products andpackaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used,worn or altered in any way.
1. All problems with orders must be addressed within 7 days of receipt ofyour order or we will not be able to accept an item for exchange or return.Email email@example.com within 7 days.
2. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or altered once it hasleft our facility. If you make an order that you wish to cancel, you mail theorder back after you have received it. Please note that original processing andshipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of thecustomer to pay any return shipping.
3. If we shipped you the wrong size, wrong color and wrong style: You havethe option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for afull refund. 3) Request sending the correct item. Customers must confirm theireligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sendingitems back. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange of any itemswith wear, damage or removed tags. We cannot be responsible for any size andcolor error on the part of the person placing the order.
4. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping,color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied byphotos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
5. All custom items cannot be returned and are non-refundable, this isbecause these items are made from custom fabrics or have custom printing withyour personal information, and cancellations are not accepted after your orderhas been submitted.
6. Delivery times may vary. The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkoutis estimated only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Wecannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimateddelivery date.
7. All orders are handled and shipped according to handling and shippingmethod customer chosen. We are not responsible for any delivery delay ifcustomers chosen improper shipping method.
8. If we send the order by wrong shipping method which result in the ordermiss need date, customers have rights to ask for refund of extra shipping feeand up to 50% refund. If we delay the handling time which result in the ordermiss the need date. Customers have rights to cancel the order before shippingor return it for up to 50% refund after shipping out.
9. If exchange is acceptable, the correct item for exchange will beshipped to you once we confirm the item was returned.
10. If refund is of acceptance, we will issue the refund within 1-2 week.
